dry tooling
Dry tooling is a strange form of alpinism: you have to climb on the rock with axes and crampons!
This activity allows you to improve a lot your skills and sensitivity with the gear.
It’s the only activity during winter time tht you can do in every weather conditions!
PROGRAM
We will meet for a coffee at 9. Equipment check and after a briefing about safety and plannings for the day, we’ll move to the parking where we will start the approach to the crag.
We will start climbing trying different excercises in order to reach the goals whe established.
Lunch break with pic-nic or at a restaurant according to the location, then we will continue our activities till around 15.30.
Return to the cars and small debriefing on what we have learnt.
What the price includes: personal equipment if needed (harness, helmet), the use of ropes, quickdraws, gri-gris or other belay devices.
What the price doesn’t include: the rental of mountaineering boots, crampons and ice axes, meals and mountains hut if needed for you and for the guide.
